I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#84042). My goal is to help you improve your relationships, develop a stronger sense of connection with others, learn to manage stress, and feel more hopeful about the future.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, parents, families and groups. I have worked as a counselor in elementary, middle and high schools, as well as working with individuals and couples in a clinical setting. I have helped my clients learn to manage anxiety and depression, cope with grief and trauma, develop social skills and problem-solving skills, explore sexual identity issues, address academic problems and relationship issues, and build self-esteem. I have worked with parents, and families to improve communication, increase awareness and understanding, and enhance parenting skills.
I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
I love the work that I do. I enjoy the connection with clients, hearing their stories, earning their trust, and getting to know them. I am moved by the experiences of helping clients heal, cope, grow, and change. I want to offer hope that things will be better than they are right now.
